Anyone know of a way to make a helo flybarless? or do they have to be that way from start?
Theres only one way I know to make a Helo Flybarless..... $$$ and more $$$
But all reports about them say its worth it.
yea, I found a module at hobby city, its 150 ish? Marks right, Heli freak and such is a ton of info, almost a overload. I like this new heli though, thanks Sal for the great deal.
Rule of thumb...
Batteries for helicopters from Hobby King = OK

Trusting Hobby King electronics in your expensive helicopter = NO
Needing flybar less to learn to fly and 3d = NO
Getting a good deal at Sal's = Priceless
Here is a great charger (350w) for a great price so you can zap those HK lipos at 2c:

Helifreak and Runryder have a great search function...
For that price I can grab a 1010 from HK (well excluding shipping)

its $190 if your not logged in, if your a Gold Level Member its $160, but progressive will probably be able to ship faster/cheaper
Mark, i'll have to have you check out my charger. I bought it last year from Mark B. Also, these are the batteries that I ordered, Diddnt realize they were 4,000 mah untill now. http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=9513
I hope those will suffice for now. Maybe at least for hovering and such.
You should be fine with those packs. Have to fly to a timer and charge to really tell how long..
Mark, Last year I bought a Loong Max E6 charger from Mark B. It says 1-6 cell lipo, Charge Currant of 0.1-5.0 Amps. Is this enough?
You will be fine.
