Ok, so I have a Spektrum DX6i. I am trying to set it up for use with my wing. I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT. Either the Elevator is reversed, or the steering, and if there not, there backwards as in the elevator is the steering, and the steering acts as the elevator. I've spent hours trying every You tube video out there. If anyone out there has a DX6i being used for the wing, please help me by posting your radio set up for it. Maybe I can come over and copy setting's.

Set wing tail mix to elevon.

Set wing tail mix to elevon. try it, if things seem wrong, reverse only the aileron channel. The AR6000 configuration should be left servo in ele and right servo in aile.

Or

for DX6 and DX6i, the same routine applies.
as there are 8 possible combinations to connect/program in order to get 'up' and 'turn' commands, you have to follow a procedure trying all until things work as needed.
(sc=scroll; p=press; dec=decrease; inc=increase; n=normal; r=reverse; e=elevator; a=aileron; lh-left hand; rh=right hand)
1.-first you have to activate the delta-wing mixing:
a.-for DX6, in system set-up mode: p sc to mix wng, p dec, sc+inc to exit
b.-for DX6i, to go to model select, tx on, p to adjust list, sc 1 click so model select is highlighted, p, sc to desired model; p (download), tx off
2.-connect the left hand servo to the elevator port on the rx,
the right hand servo to the aileron port;
3.-make a chart with 2 columns, lh: elevator; rh: aileron. under e, 1st line: n; 2nd: n; 3rd: r; 4th: r. for aileron: n, r, r, n.
now you have 4 possible ways to try: see what you get with the first attempt: e-n, a-n, means elevator normal, aileron normal; the second: e remains n, change ail to reverse...and so on. 1 at a time.
if it still does not work, then change the left servo connector from the elevator port, to the aileron, and the right servo to the elevator, make another chart, and repeat the routine up to 4 more times, if necessary.
and it may vary from receiver to receiver.
it is advisable to keep record of this for each receiver ( like: ele rev, ail norm, rh servo ail).
